Reservations
ID or passport and a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard only). Amex not accepted. Maestro, Electron, pre-paid or debit cards are not valid.
Please notice that a valid credit card (Visa/Mastercard) is always required to rent a bike, even with a pre-paid reservation. In addition, a security deposit may be blocked on that card for security.
from our home page on www.ebici.io, select the bike your request. Select the appropriate booking information and add the booking to your cart.
Proceed to checkout, where you will be presented with payment options. Select your preferred payment option.
When you check out, a deposit amount of €100 per bike will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This will be returned to the payment card on when you return your bike in it’s original condition.
Your bike is located in our E-BICI bike station located on the Corner of Carrer Cuitat de la Palma and Calle playa den bossa S/N, Ses Salinas, Ibiza, 07817
All bikes are available to ride for a defined period of time, this is designed to cover the basic time to collect and enjoy each bike fully. You can choose the package most suitable within the ebike rental pages of the website.
Changes: Bike rental periods can be changed upto 24hours before the rental period begins. To change the rental period of your bike , send an email to the team at reservations@ebici.com
Cancellations; For cancellations should be made with at least 24hours notice. Please contact us to request for a booking cancellation by email to Info@ebici.io including your full name and booking reference number (same as in the booking) and pick up date.
Please notice that a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
No refunds are possible after 24hr notice period or the if rental begins.
In case of no-show and no email request to request change of book reservation.
No refund can be applied and the bike will be held for the first 3 hours of the rental.
Please activate your booking: Bike check out should be performed within 3 hours of the start of rental period.
Please note you can ‘check out’ your bike at the self service kiosk at the start of your rental period time or within 3 hours of start time), and leave your secured bike at the station for when you are ready to ride.
Yes! for groups larger than 6 people, please use the booking request form.
Whilst there are no age restrictions to ride a Ebike, minors must be at least 145cm, be accompanied at all times and must have prior experience of riding a bike.
In general Bike reservations should be made with at least 24 hours notice. This will provide us time to prepare your bike for your collection at the bike station. Lastminute bookings can be accomodated but you will need to send us an email (so we can check availability at the bike station for you)
Collection
In riding the bikes we have a standard level of cover to protect our riders from accidental damage. However it is the the responsibility of the rider to ensure they have adequate health insurance coverage during their use of our bikes.
It is the responsibility of the rider to take good care of the bikes whilst on hire. Bikes come with a lock, and it is your responsibility to ensure the bike is locked and secured whilst in your care. We will retain your deposit of 200euros to cover the excess cost of replacing the bike in the event of theft.
Any damage or loss to the bike will be charged extra. Please see our terms and conditions of hire for latest rates.

You are not permitted to leave the island of Ibiza with Ebikes. Our EBikes are to be used on the island of Ibiza.
Enter your pin details at the kiosk and follow onscreen instructions. The bike station number will be provided as part of the instructions. Locate your bike position on the stand – each bike position is numbered
These items should be deposited into your designated locker.
- Ensure the bike is mounted onto the bike stand it in it’s assigned position.
- Ensure the bike lock is securing the bike correctly.
- Ensure the battery connection is firmly in place
Then follow the onscreen kiosk instructions before placing the helmet and Bike Key into the locker.
There are upto 5 modes of pedal assist (depending on bike model) that are available on our bike models. We always recommend you familiarize yourself with the lowest mode at the beginning of your ride, until you are confident in controlling your speed in pedal assist mode.

Returns
In the unfortunate event that you lose the key to your locked bike, please do not leave your bike unattended. Contact customer service at 0034 673 151 749 as soon as possible to assist you in unlocking the bike and to arrange safe return of the bike and it’s accesories.
A call out fee of 25 euros will be charged to collect the bike in the event that it is tethered to a permenant structure.
Always secure your bike securely when parked.
The Ebici lockers are not for storage of personal belongings. They are to be used only for storage of accesories, do not leave anything of value in the lockers as we cannot be held responsible. If you leave an item within the locker after you have closed it, you can only retrieve it when you ‘end’ your rental on the self service kiosk.
If you want to park the bike during the middle of your rental period, you can securely lock your bike into its position on the bike stand, tethering the bike helmet to it. Your bike position on the stand is yours to use during the full period of your rental.
To extend you reservation or if you believe bike return will be late, you should
If you need to return your bike later than the designated rental period finish time, you need to contact EBICI.IO by email with at least 2 hours notice. At which time a 10 euro per additional hour will be charged to your pre-authorised deposit amount. The final total charged to your account will be calculated on the bikes checkin at the kiosk.
If later than the contracted rental time a fee of 10euro per hour /per bike will be charged. your deposit will be returned to you minus these charges.

Each bike is provided with a fully charged battery.
If you are low on charge, you may use the bike without pedal assistance. You are free to park your bike at the bike station into your charging point at anytime during the rental period.
Go to the bike station and park your bike into it’s charging point. Connect the charger to the bike securely. Use the bike lock to secure your bike on the stand.
Enter your pincode onto the kiosk to ‘end’ your reservation and follow onscreen instructions, deposit the key and helmet in the locker. Close the locker door securely. Thanks for riding with us!

General
Before setting off on your ride, you must take all necessary safety measures as outlined in out safety guide in our blog. You should also adhere to safety advice given for your use of the bike.
Warning! Brakes will heat up in ride. Do not touch the brakes after use; Can not be used in crowded or crowded areas; In any case should pay attention to their own and others’ safety; Do not use the product but for riding;
Electric bicycle can not be modified;
Do not allow hands, feet, hair, body parts, or other similar parts touch the rotation parts, such as wheels, rotating systems and motors while riding;
Please avoid sharp collision, water pavement and uneven road;
Safety Warnings:
It is recommended not to ride in the dark places at night;
It is recommended that the user check the restricted use of road safety in accordance
with the regulations;
It is recommended to ride on flat, hard, dry and clean cement or asphalt roads;
Please avoid riding in water, sand, gravel, debris pavement and rain weather which affects the brakes and visibility;
Before riding, you must wear helmets, gloves, elbow, kneecap and other safety equipment to
prevent accidents;
Check the vehicle: Before riding you need to check whether the power is sufficient,
It is forbidden to ride on wet roads, especially snow and water,
It is recommended not to climb more than 15 degree up and down ramp.
When riding an electric bike you should obey the local laws and regulations.
Users should keep checking the brake performance, pay attention to lengthen the braking distance in downhill, rain and snow.
Please try to avoid rapid acceleration or deceleration, prohibit excessive forward and backward body
or speeding;
When the remaining power is insufficient, please keep a low speed ride, and charge the bike as soon as possible;
Once there is a risk of falling, please mainly protect your personal safety, apply “human safety priority” principle;
Do not put your hands in your pocket while riding, in case of danger or sudden need to stop;
Take initiation to understand and comply with local traffic laws and regulations while riding our e-bikes.

Ride the bike under a controlled safe speed to their own and passerby;
Respect the right of way for other pedestrians, slow down when near pedestrians and
remind pedestrians approaching from them from behind them;
Keep a safe distance while there are other riders on the way, do not ride side by side unless there is enough space for pedestrians to go through;
Do not ride in poorly lit places. If you have to, please slow down and pay more attention;
Please avoid riding backwards, it’s dangerous. It can only be accepted to ride a few steps to keep away from sudden block.
On discovering your bike is stolen, you must go immediately to the nearest police station to report it stolen.
Contact EBICI by phone to advise, return to the bike station to finish the rental on the self service kiosk – where an EBICI representative will collect the bike keys and the police report directly from you when you return to the bike station.
In the event of a stolen bike we will retain your deposit.
*inline with insurance policies:A bike will only be accepted as stolen when the keys are returned to EBICI staff with a valid police report

The battery on our bikes typically last for upto 8hours if you ride them continually in Pedal assist mode at elevated speed.
It is up to you to take good care of the bikes whilst on hire. Bikes come with a lock, and it is your responsibility to ensure the bike is locked and secured whilst in your care. A pre-authorised amount of deposit of €100 deposit per bike rental will be made at the time of your reservation. The cost of any damage will be subtracted from your deposit. You are responsible for the cost of replacement in the event of Ebike loss/theft.
Whilst we take every measure to ensure our customers are able to ride our Ebikes safetly and carefully, we do expect you to have previously arranged adequate health insurance coverage during your use of the bikes.

Helmet, Basket and lights are included within the cost of your rental.
Remember to clip you bike lock into it’s holder on the frame of your bike

Yes! these are available for ages 1 – 4 ( upto 15kgs) and are front mounted. Please select number of child seats when completing the reservation form. We will contact you to arrange fitting and delivery of the seat to you on collection of your bike.
Please note* you must be considered an ‘experienced rider’
We strive to ensure our bikes are in perfect condition before the start of your rental. Should your bike need repair during your ride please contact service 673 151 749 who can arrange a replacement bike with you. Please take the bike back to the bike station where possible.
